El presente-The present

The present is the only thing I have,
the present is the only thing there is,
iit s with you my lifewith whom I can feel
it is worrth to live”

In my opinion, most of the problems are solved relativizing past, present and future.

PAST: It is said that memory is selective. Mothers of births not remember more than the emotion of reaching the child, if truth were agreed to only have one pain. So is the first love, idealize, when if we stop to analyze aspects had disastrous ( something is over!) or with experiences like those of Erasmus, of which only remembered the party, friends ... but never moments of loneliness or distress that you do not understand. Anyway nature is wise, because it is much better to remember the past so nice. We can not anchor in the past, because if we return to it would not be as beautiful as we remember.

FUTURE: It's risky to live obsessed with future goals, because if we do not finally it upsets us. Besides thousands of things get lost along the way, and more importantly, as my yoga teacher: Who knows what is the best choice in your life? Maybe life has prepared you live in an exotic and ride there a delightful country hotel.

PRESENT: Early in my relationship, my boyfriend was overwhelmed, and I told him something I had read of Jorge Bucay: That is the look ahead causing anxiety and fear. So he agreed and decided to live our relationship to date. Today I can say that this relationship is the most valuable thing I have, so at least I think living in the present because that is what really brings me happiness.
